So my mother was here when I got back from the vet's. She lent me a sympathetic ear and gave her two cents. She was really great.

But she called a little while ago and was like, "So, do you feel better now?"

And I'm all, "About what?"

And she's like, "About the cat."

Er. Well, no. She... still has diabetes.
