That picture is totally the AU where Joe is the second son of a mob boss who never expected to have to take over the business and instead spent all his days smoking up, but suddenly his dad and his brother are killed in a car crash when somebody cuts the brakes. And Joe has to take over the business, and he's horrible at it. His friend Andy, who also has ties to the business, is trying to help him attempt to run a part of the mob and they're kind of only barely holding it together.
Pete and Patrick are these two guys who write music together and live together in this shitty-ass one room apartment where the heat only works half the time. They go in and out of bands, because it's hard to be a band with just a singer/drummer and a bassist, but they just can't find one that sticks. So they're pretty much just the guys who have no money and work the jobs the high school kids want, and they write music in their freetime. And then they witness the sabotaging of Joe's Dad's car.
And somehow they all have to team up and fight the rival mob boss! Patrick is disturbingly better at the intimidating mob thing than Joe or Andy! There are wacky antics and craziness!
I mean, I'm just saying. That is totally what that picture's about.
(Also, you can totally blame mimesere for the title.)
