So I’ve decided that I need to start making a record of the AWESOMELY WEIRD FREAKY dreams that I’ve been having lately. Because I’ve been having lots of them and they are all awesome, weird and freaky. And sometimes really gross.
Dream One.
I think this one comes from the amount of WoW I’ve been playing and the amount of Modern Warfare 2 I’ve been watching J play of late. I had a dream that I was back living on Panton St (although my father wasn’t there, thankfully) and Trolls were attacking Bendigo. In an all out war kind of fashion. We’re talking Harrier Strikes, Missiles, Weapons, you name it. I remember being in the Golden Square Village and a woman started screaming because there was a smoke rising from what would have been the direction of her house.
I remember trying to get home from the Village and trying to take the back way, but the Trolls were attacking random people along the way. I managed to hide and avoid them and get home and hide in the shed in the back yard. In the shed was a gorgeous little purple VW bug - convertible, with only three seats. It turned out that my mother had traded in her little Accent for the VW because she didn’t do child care anymore. Her and I tried to drive the car somewhere, but the Trolls tried to attack us - news flash, convertible VW’s don’t really hold up that well in war.
I’m sure there was more to this dream, but it’s fading now.
Dream Two.
This may have actually been a part of Dream One, I’m not too sure. J had moved to Melbourne with his family and they were living as part of this huge new estate. J had been with me at some point, but then left and walked home - apparently it took him an hour and a half to walk home. I realised that I really needed something from him, so I took a bus over to the estate. The bus trip, I’m fairly certain, was identical to a bus trip I’ve had in many other dreams - the roads, the scenery, the people on the bus. Fairly sure that portion of the dream is a reoccurring one.
Anyway, I arrived at the Estate and found a map. I remembered that J lived on J street, something that had caused us both to laugh. I found that I was under a bridge, near a family with a van, and J was right across the other side of the Estate. There lakes in between us. I couldn’t make much sense of the map, so I called J (pretty sure I had a kick ass flip phone) and he agreed to meet me half way.
His house entrance was actually in an underground parking lot, which had wi-fi if you turned on the device that was in the Flake box that was in a trolley in front of their house door. I have no explanation for this.
We walked up the door, he opened it, and I don’t remember anything else beyond that.
Dream Three.
J’s friend convinced Niall that J and I were having troubles and Niall should try and date me. I pointed out that things were absolutely fine between J and I, and Niall ran away.
There have been more, but of course, I’m blanking out on them for now. Sigh!
