Originally uploaded by LadySaotomeMmm. They turned out pretty well! The picture makes them look lighter than they really are - they ended up close to the grayish color they're supposed to be. I think my peanuts weren't as "green" (young - not colored) as they're supposed to be - I ended up letting them simmer all night. But they taste pretty good!
