Smiling Pasta & Kung Fu Panda

Okay - anyone who's seen both Smiling Pasta & Kung Fu Panda  - did you happen to catch what the old master's name was?!  I totally spaced it at first but it's very amusing if you catch it.  I wouldn't have gotten the joke if I hadn't seen Smiling Pasta but it's impossible not to learn words while watching Asian dramas & there's few things that were repeated as often as this phrase.

So, anyone catch it?
