have the day together. DH left this morning to be with his family while his dad has open heart surgery. Saying lots of prayers here this morning that everything goes well. DH thinks he'll be home this evening, but I kind of doubt it. Why come rushing back? I'm sure his mom will appreciate having him around a bit.
Get to have lunch today will Jill and Genie. Yeah! That will be fun. Hope we get to eat Thai. I'm starving for a good Phad Thai or Red Curry.
Still need to buy black shoes for the wedding I'm in. Dress fitting is next week and we're supposed to show up with the shoes we're going to wear and the appropriate under garments. Damn it! I don't want to go shopping for that stuff. Well, shoes are always fun...but the other stuff. Ick.
Time to get something done around this joint that doesn't involve sitting in front of a computer screen. Yeah.... like dry my hair.
