Christmas!

Well, I had a really wonderful Christmas. On Christmas Eve I went with Jason and Deana and their family to candlelight service, which was really pretty. The kids were adorable. There was some uncomfortableness with one of my acquaintances, but it's just funny now.

I met up with Lauran after the service and we had dinner at Shari's and then came home and opened presents. :) I made out like a bandit this year. Lauran did really well too! My grandparents got us some really nice stuff- new sheets and pillows, some new clothes and a really nice winter jacket for Lauran. Lauran got me a "Viola Hero" shirt, which I am wearing today and a light table and some Copic markers. I got him new shoes and some clothes and some other doodads.

Christmas day we went over to Jason and Deana's and had lunch and dinner. Had some fantastic fondue for lunch! Followed by prime rib and all the trimmings for dinner. It melted in my mouth, it was so yummy! Good conversation all day and watching the kids play with their new toys. Dessert was my job and I made "Gramma Ellen's Lemon Dessert", or as everybody else is calling it, "Gramma Ellen", which went over very well!!

Today I am back at work... though I wish I was still in bed.
