Christmas Eve
I am really excited about today! Luisa and I came to work early so we're getting out early. We also skipped out lunches so that we can leave earlier.
I am going to make my great-grandmother's recipe for lemon dessert for after dinner tomorrow night. :) Then I am going to get dressed up and head out to Jason and Deana's so that I can attend Candlelight service with them and their family. I know- an athiest attending church! :O We wanted to go to this last year, but were snow and iced out. I am sad that Lauran can't go, but he has to work right up till the services starts. :(
Plans for tomorrow: Presents in the morning and breakfast at home. Head over to Jason and Deana's for Christmas lunch and dinner, hanging out with the kids and just enjoying the day and the spirit of the holiday. My dad might call and say hello and I have plans to call my mom and grandparents and sister.
I heard a rumour about fondue for lunch tomorrow and Prime Rib for dinner! Yum yum yum!!
