An update that doesn't involve FC drama!
So, my dad gave me money yesterday. YAY! I could finally buy a winter coat. I got the most fantastic coat ever on sale at Fred Meyers. It's a 4 in one coat. You can wear the innner and outer coat, you can wear just the outer coat, just the inner coat or you can REVERSE the inner coat. WOO! Most important is that it's WARM! (so fleecy and soft) and WATERPROOF!
When dad was here before he went back to Indonesia we couldn't find a good coat, so I am glad I found one. I will no longer be wet and cold. And if the Snowpocalypse returns, I will have more than a hoodie to wear!
Also found some little christmas to-go boxes that were smaller than the normal ones. They were super cute. We grabbed a ton of them. They will be good for christmas gifts for coworkers and such. I am really excited about doing holiday baking. I now have everything to do it too! We got a bunch of stuff in the bulk bins at Winco for super cheap.
Thanksgiving is in a couple of days. Gonna get the apartment cleaned up tomorrow. I pulled the turkey out to put in the fridge to start thawing. We're going to have Amara over for food! Azure had to cancel on us. Anybody else who wants to hang out is welcome too! I am totally eying you Turbine and Gwen!
Made some connections on DamnPortlanders with some furries in the area. I am actually going to attempt going to a meeting tomorrow. I am a little nervous, but it will be a good excuse to get out of the house.
Okay, time to get some shit done! I got commissions to work on and a house to clean!
