Hands down, LOST. It was like a movie, the production values were so high, and the characters were intriguing, and when Charlie said 'guys, where are we?' you had to wonder yourself. I just rewatched it and it's fun to go 'you're going to die, you're not that bad of a guy so stop acting like it, you're his sister', to see Sun and Jin and get their relationship COMPLETELY wrong, to see how Hurley ALWAYS has been the caretaker.
The next two are very easy and should be obvious to anyone who's been here a while. *g*
