just wrong, but not like soulless sam who i really liked

It is completely wrong for stores to be playing Christmas music already!

Now, don't get me wrong those of you new around here, I LOVE the Holiday Season. I'm so happy we get five weeks of it between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and while I have caved in recent years and started purchasing gifts online and attending early November holiday open houses in stores (like tomorrow), I don't decorate or bake or do cards or listen to music until the day after Thanksgiving. And I'm not even a big Thanksgiving fan, especially since I can't stuff myself on stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole and pecan pie this year. It's just wrong, my dna or something won't let me start the celebrations early. Really, the first bit I allow myself is to cheer for Santa's arrival at Macy's.

I will put up a card post soon and do my Wish List but I still have those pesky fics to finish by this weekend. The third party in the threesome has finally made herself fully present, basically Lydia yelling at Peter a lot for lurking in her brain and/or forcing himself on poor, defenseless Stiles, who really isn't poor or defenseless and kind of really got off on the sex with his Alpha mate. *g* All while at the Ihop stuffing down pancakes... I think I'm finally getting the drift of Stiles' voice, which is a good thing since the fic is completely from his perspective.

I wrote while watching the first half of the KU game last night. Like usual in early season for us, it was a tale of two halves. Sucked to Tenn-Chattanooga the first half, stormed all over them the second.

Then watched Glee--irked that they had to change words in songs as that always irks me but I do understand why, stupid censors. Watched the second half of Wednesday's Days of Our Lives online since the President keeps interrupting my soap opera every week. Was NOT going to miss the adorableness that is Will and Sonny having sex for the first time, or the Gabi being pregnant with Will's baby bit. At least she told him right away. Twenty years ago, DooL would have dragged the truth out three years.

I just hope he doesn't do something stupid and marry her.

Really behind on tv now and don't see any immediate catch up as this weekend is busy. Holiday slack off begins late next week, though--lot fewer new eps in December. I'm now three eps behind on SPN and I really want to watch this past week's one since, y'know, CAS (no, I refuse to spell his name Cass, even if that is canon. It's stupid!) I don't like Benny and I'm up to a Benny heavy ep. :(

December also has movies out I want to see. Hobbit is our Christmas Day flick and mom and I'll go see Les Mis the following weekend as I have that week off. I also want to see that Bill Murray as FDR movie and I know dad will as well.

And, of course, lots of sports. The Sports Illustrated this week has a BCS flow chart! It's completely confusing! lolol I'll be rooting for Kansas State all the way!

Doctor's appointment in a couple hours. :P I woke up dizzy and hoped that meant blood sugar was low but it was 150, so it was probably allergies instead.

Oh, and back to too early Christmas: the people up the street have their fricking tree up already! Fail people, major fail!

christmas too early, writing blather, movies, ku basketball, sports in general, tv blather
