Yay! Jim!
Jim got a raise and title bump today! Its retroactive to Oct 3rd. Not sure of the exact amount yet but its in the neighborhood of 10%. And to tell you how little I make Jims raise is equal to my annual income. (I only work 20 hours a week)
Had a long post typed out about the rollercoaster Jim was on to get the raise, but decided that was private.
