Evening in a hotel
I'm posting from a hotel in Columbus taking advantage of the high speed internet offered. I attended my friend Tara's wedding today. The wedding and reception were held at The Darby House:

The ceremony was held outside on the stone terrace. Did Tara ever luck out on the weather! Some years we've had snow by now, but while it was cool today, it wasn't too cold for an outdside ceremony. It was really lovely. The terrace overlooks what I guess is Darby Creek. I had assumed it was a river, but then the website said something about having a pontoon boat available to explore the creek...
The dinner and reception were fun. Good food - (salad, chicken, green beans almondine, and whipped potatoes) and good company. I was seated next to Tara's friend Tammy, who I haven't seen in 3-4 years as she and her hubby moved to Maryland.
So, tomorrow I plan on doing a little shopping here in Columbus and heading home after grabbing some lunch. :)
