(no subject)
So this term hasn't been the greatest, it had a poor start and it's had its ups and downs though out but I haven't let it go to pot which is the difference between me now and every other time i've gone to school. I've heard that this is arguably the hardest term of the program. I'm not at risk of failing out or anything, not that i didn't feel like i was for a while. I keep waiting for teachers to pull me aside and it kept not happening, and the two classes i'm worried about both have Bs so I'm fine, and I decided at the end of last term that not getting a 4.0 isn't the end of the world, although it was nice while it lasted. I'm looking forward to next term and getting a fresh start.
I had a good day today though. Did well on both my tests and when we did blood draws, i got it with out any instruction from the teacher and with minimal digging around. Also it was the first time where I felt like i really knew what i was doing and not just hoping i would hit the vein.
I want to get a new stethoscope before too long. The one they gave us at school isn't so hot, and it's pretty uncomfortable. I found a site where I can get a decent one for just over $50, now i just need to come up with $50.
