I passed the NCLEX!!!! I am officially a Registered Nurse!

Wheeeeeeeee! I am SO EXCITED!

Today at work I was floated to another floor. It is a world of difference from mine. On my floor (PCU- Telemetry/Stepdown), I would have had 12 patients. I don't have a lot of time to write this entry, but I just wanted to say that I got to observe in the Cardiac Cath Lab today and I really liked it! Basically, a catheter is inserted into the femoral artery in the groin. From there it is threaded up to the heart where contrast dye is released so that the coronary blood vessels are visible.
