someone is calling my name from the back of the restaurant
i met someone named evan today in ASM 104. it reminded me of evan and jaron, but not until just now. he looked a lot like devon (sp?), but he didn't act like him. he walked me to history and we talked about acting and such. but he didn't know any musical theater.
I love how someone has mastered the "Complete WORLD of Human Evolution", it's so comforting.
trying to find someone who listens to broadway is almost as hard as trying to find somebody into film production. i shouldn't say that though. there is a b'way lecture class of 400 and MUSICAL THEATER IS a major. it just seems impossible to find the random person you can talk about good music to. (END OF SENTENCE PREP! (i enjoy doing that in diaries where no one can yell at me)) BUT... BROADWAY I LAB MONDAY! that class is going to be so much work for 1 cr hr that probably won't transfer. 5 papers and 10 songs we have to perform plus the 1hr lab once a week. i don't care! i get to learn how to sing better and meet people who know who Steven Sondheim is!
random thought: there was a guy walking around the MU with wings on his back leaving papers on the ground today.
and guess what else? during all history class today we watched VH1 behind the music and the story about the day the music died. i think for once in my life, I am going to like a history class.
