rugby thanksgiving & casino
Saturday was the rugby thanksgiving @ Andrea's apartment. I made some deviled eggs, which were a big hit (I was suprised, wasn't sure if people would eat them).. the rest of the food was real good too, definitly ate til I was stuffed. We headed back to the apt to take a little nap, altho didnt end up sleeping at all..
Starting drinking a bit, then met up with the girls at the rugby house to go to Mohegan Sun for Bonnie's bday!! Ashley drove us, so we could drink on the way, it didnt take too long to get there. Lost $10 in the slots and was gonna stop gambling, but I came across this other game that is just a big wheel thats spun and you bet on the number you think is going to come up, ya, lost another $10 on that, ha. Dave was the smart one, he played spanish 21, ended up winning $175. So next time, when I actually have money to spend, I'm gonna play blackjack, that was my original plan anyways. Ashley & I (oh ya, she got in!!!!) walked around the mall for a bit too, its real nice, played in the arcade. If only you could win money in the arcade, instead of cheap prizes, I'd stay there ALL night, hehe.
Sunday I just worked all day as usual... but then Ashley, Dave, Shaun, RJ & I went out to Hooters. We ordered a bunch of wings, and sandwhiches, mmmm, it was real tasty, altho our stomachs were saying differently afterwards, lol.
I had another exam in advanced calculus today.. I think I did alright tho, feel alot more confident than I did on the past ones. Not that that means anything, but let's hope.
Tomorrow morning is another exam in Differential Equations. I did the test from last year and got 100, so hopefully the test tomorrow goes just as smootly!
Then, no more school til monday, which is exciting. I'm going home on wednesday, hopefully I'll get to meet up with a couple friends. Thursday is thanksgiving, so spending the day with family, probably gonna run in the road race.
Friday I'm working 9-2, then sleeping over shauns (and going to merrit canteen w/ the rugby girls!!!!) so we can head to NYC in the morning for our rugby tournament. Sandy told me its suppose to snow alot this weekend, and since we have rugby, I wouldn't be suprised if it did. I can't wait to play regardless tho, 7's is soo much fun. Plus going out in the city saturday night will be a blast, especially now that the majority of the team is 21!
