Originally uploaded by ladyhawk2280 This is the view of the Duomo in Florence (Firenze) from the top of the Battistera there. It was 414 steps up to the top, and I was carrying my 35lb. camera backpack the whole way! Part of me still wants to kill the person who designed and engineered that giant tower, but looking at this photo helps alieviate that need.
