NaNo updates
Currently have 31,768 words. Not bad, I guess. Also got to write some pretty sweet scenes between Obi-Wan and Sabe, which I think was definitely a plus, really. Especially in terms of naming their child. And I liked getting into Sabe's thoughts about the future and the Chancellor and whatnot, especially considering that I'll admit I have some similar worries. Like...in the future, where will we be? Granted, we're definitely in a much better place than we could have imagined, but there's still a lot of uncertainty, at least for me. Especially in regards to all the changes that are happening right now. The end of the Nostalgia Critic, the end of a quarter for me...stuff like that. And I guess there are times when I just want to say, "World, slow down -- I need some time to take it all in." Which sounds silly, but it's the truth.
Still, I suppose that whatever the future brings, I'm going to meet it, no matter what it might be. After all, it's really the best I can do in the end. At least, I hope.
