(no subject)
Today is April Fool's Day. I spent last night having almost-panic attacks at the thought of today's students having pranksteritis. Thankfully, they were just their normal middle-school selves, which are pretty indistinguishable from pranking anyway.
Here, have a Butch update:
- He's left-pawed. This delights me for no reason I can figure. But I'm the only person I know who has a southpaw dog.
- He's discovered that if he lays his head in someone's lap (usually mine) he gets extra cooing and coddling. The only downside to this adorable behavior is that he has a very heavy noggin.
- He doesn't usually give kisses, but when he does they're tiny little dry tongue-touches. And he usually only gives them when you could really use them. He's pretty good at picking up on a bad day.
- He doesn't like to chase you. He likes to be chased. This is also almost unbearably cute, and it's probably a good thing he's neutered!
Must weed-eat. Also must pick up some lunchmeat. But first I'll pay more attention to the attention hound.
