Had two dreams about money and negligent friends last night.
Dream One:
Apparently back in high school, I made a bunch of people cds with covers and charged them for the materials. So I have this stack of checks for small amounts, sometimes larger ones for some reason, like $12 and up. The only problem is that some of my dumbass friends haven't signed the check. So I go back to high school for some reason to get them to sign. Some of them do, and postdate the check and others flounder and I just give up.
Dream Two:
I'm one of a group of friends that is trying to throw a wedding for our friends, so on the invitations, we ask for an rsvp and a donation to help out the couple and pay for the reception. These catty jerks think that this is tacky, and rsvp, donate nothing, and then don't show, which costs us more money. We were able to raise $1000 for the couple above the wedding (also, guests weren't asked to shop for wedding presents). So a few of us met up with the jerks later, complaining about people charging for a weddng, and I tell them that obviously the donation was optional, and thank them for being such fuckwads because I had to sell my car to make up the difference for the jerks who said they were going to come but didn't. But thanks anyway, we made sure our married friends were taken care of, you assholes. Don't come to the housewarming.
