I haven't eaten as much as I think I probably should have. i had one bowl of soup earlier this morning, then proceeded to lay in bed because of the amount of pain I was in. I've been not hungry all day. yesterday i was more hungry, and rode the bike a bit. I'm suspecting the bike is what did me in for today. I'm going to try and force down some greens before I go to bed. Today was just veggies and soup day. I have plenty of those. Most of them require some cooking, but I do have some arugula lettuce that I can eat. maybe put a pepper on it, or some raw zucchini or something. I did step on the scale this morning, it said 194.5 so i already have had a weight lose of about 5 pounds. That's a good start! Lets see how it goes tomorrow. It's posible that my scale was just messing up then, it does that from time to time. I'll be weighing myself each morning, and seeing how it helps.
tomorrow I also have to go hang otu with Grammy and Gramps. My Aunt and Uncle will be in town, so I'm nervous how this will affect my diet. It luckily is a fruit and vegitable day. hopefully I'll be able to just eat fruits and veggies, but I think they're taking me to a buffet thing. I plan on heading over to my folks house early with some soup, and from there eating a bowl and having some black coffee (which I'm allowed)I'm not going to let this ruin my diet. I'll feel bad if they have to pay for me and I end up not being able to eat anything on there. I guess we'll just have to see.
