I've decided to try a fat burn diet to drop some of this weight that I've picked up. The weight I gained was 80% due to medication, so I don't feel like I'm cheating, or like I'm going to yo-yo because of this diet. I've actually dropped down some weight, it was 15, but I put a little of that back on splurging before this 'diet'. This diet was recommended to me by my best friend, who's done this diet before, and it helped her out tremendously. It's known as the 'sacred heart diet', and I can only be on it for 7 days. then I have to be off it for 7 days. The more fat you have (and I have plenty, I'm 50 pounds overweight again), the more fat you lose.
Today, it's day one. Today I can eat all the fruit I want, and the soup. I have to make the soup, but it's pretty much just a veggie soup. After I post this, I'm going to go make it. I overslept this morning, so I decided to wait till Tony came home for lunch and went back to work before making it. No sense in torturing him while he's still doing his Lemonade diet.
On top of this, I'm going to try and ride the bike every day. That in itself is hard, as it hurts my back, hips, butt, and last time I rode it I had to stop at half an hour instead of an hour because my toes were numb. Hopefully it'll work well for me.
