(no subject)
So first off I want to thank Anna, Alissa, and Ashley for the most amazing weekend ever last weekend :) It was much needed, however getting back to reality really freaking sucked..
This week has been extremely hectic..as will the rest of my semester...
I have a presentation to give today on the medicinal use of parasites, and my partner is driving me up a wall...i can't wait for it to be over so i can start studying for my neuroscience and histology exams that i have next week. Add on top of that its pledging season so i have stuff every Monday and Wednesday night along with my weekly chapter meetings!! Then next week is Meet the Greeks so lets just add many dance practices in the bunch too shall we?!? Not to mention the mixers and other things I have to make an appearance at. :) Its gotten to the point where i don't care about school work (what a semester to decide that right?...when I'm taking graduate level courses lol)
This stuff with Mike has completely changed my perspective on life. Everyone has noticed a change in my demeanor. I guess I didn't realize how much of myself I was suppressing...I am a fucking total nut, and I guess people are starting to see that come out more in me.
More sorority news: Our fundraising chair was kicked off our Executive board because she hasnt been coming to things, and so I am the new Fundraising chair! Yay for me! I'm so excited because I love to plan things...but planning things takes time...as we all can see I have a very limited amount of...however!!!! If anyone has any fundraising ideas..let me know!!! I am open to any suggestions :)
Life news: I neeeeeeed to get out of my house. I am never home anyways, but still I feel like it makes my family upset that I Ieave in the morning and don't come home until 2am...pretty much everyday. But I just can't stand being here. I want to be on campus with my sisters and my friends, and doing my homework (that's the only place I can do work) I seriously spent an hour in the lab alone last week studying slides for my Histology class..like who does that?!
Ok this is getting really long...Im gunna call it quits now..
