hunting

may have found an apartment this morning. i'm going back to look at it again with my mother this afternoon. $425 a month. central air. only thing i wish it had is hardwoor floors. the windows are new, as is the furnace. the bathroom has the original tiles from the 1940's. if i sign a lease tomorrow, then i get a coupon for a free month's rent of my choosing. so i need to decide quickly. eek. i hate making rushed decisions. it is on a first floor, so the move would be relatively painless. any thoughts?
