things my various cancer scars have been mistaken for:
hickeys (on way too many occasions)
branding (as if I would brand myself!)
self cutting
a tattoo (how in any way shape or form does a port scar look like a tattoo? did they mean a removed tattoo?)
....and the newest addition....

hee hee.
it's a good thing that i'm not self conscious about these sorts of things. the only scar that really bothers me is the eleven inch one on my back, between two ribs, from last years open lung biopsy. but i'm unmotivated to do anything about it.
