nausea is very rough tonight. (so is my insomnia.) not sure why. maybe the chemo building up in my system? can't take another nausea pill until like 7 am. ack. might have to break out the alternative means

I like that image of an ant taking a shower. Even though it represents your frustration, it's adorable!
Remember those little doodlebugs from Sesame Street that Ernie would visit? I think they lived in a milk carton. I wonder if I can find a picture of them. Not so far. :( And my computer just went wonky so I have to restart. But they were so damned cute. Them and Slimy the worm. I wish I could have one or the other as a pet.
Can't hurt at all to try getting exercise. I need to do that too, I'm sure it's contributing to my woes. If you moved here we could put together a regimen. :) Also can't hurt to try drinking more water to see what happens with the nausea. Especially in the Louisville heat, one must work to hydrate.
At least "Together We're Heavy" comes out today! I have to get dressed and go buy it. At a record store the other day, they had this ENORMOUS poster, probably at least 10ft x 6ft, of the Spree (white robes) on the wall. I meant to ask if they would ever give it away, but I got distracted because my cashier was this girl who... well a girl who represents some unresolved baggage in my life. Least she gave me a discount on the CD I bought.
