darn nabbit
so i'm peacefully reading email and my friends' journals when "the noisy one" starts singing. damn him! i was really enjoying the silence of my apartment.
in other news, my rental agency actually fixed my bathroom window. it was previously attempting, rather successfully, to rot its way out of my wall. every morning, i would find dead carpenter ants in my tub. oooo, grossss. anyways, monday i came home and there was a new windowsill. tuesday i came home and it was painted. amazingly, i only had to bitch about it once. so i celebrated by installing a new shower head that doesn't leak out the side. i was very proud of myself.
i've been working way too much. i need more time to myself. i'm going a little bit crazy even though i'm making good money.
what else? went to a dinner party tonight. very yummy food made by joanna and gemma. it was very nice. i drank a bit of the shiraz i brought and it amazingly did not give me a migraine. it'd be very exciting if i can drink red wine again. but i have to figure out if a potential migraine is worth the experimenting. ugh.
beginning to experience pangs of wanting to dye my hair.... make them stop, please. tempted to go purply black again. i wonder if my hair has recuperated enough yet.
i want to watch my tape of smallville and angel but stoopid "mr.-what-do-you-mean-i-do-a-bad-john-lennon-impression" won't shut up. and my two favorite shows deserve my full attention. hmm. i bet it'd be fun to throw a rock through his window.

I'm frightened! Meg Ryan is on Leno. I'm not really watching, but the voice sounded familiar and i couldn't place it. So I looked up and it was Meg ryan. Why is this scary? Well, her face is so full of Botox that she can barely move her mouth. Her voice actually sounds funny. Not a single iota of her face has the ability to form an expression. this is scary. Botox terrifies me. Why are people so insecure that they inject poison into their faces? Some people look better as they mature. Plastic is not better. It's scary. Scary. Scary. Scary!!! Actresses are insane.
