well, aimee's fever finally broke, and she did nap for a couple of hours.  she actually went outside this evening with hanna.

i made a shortened version of the pot roast.  the meat had to be cooked, and i wouldn't be able to do the 10-hour thing tomorrow.  so, 3 hours it was.  not nearly as tasty, but still made the house smell really yummy.  just ( Read more... )

crap!!!!  now i'm pissed!! i just wrote a whole big thing and lj ate it!!!!!

i'm done for today.  i'm in pain, i'm tired, anemic, and hubby is irritating me.  i'm off to read to the kids before bed, and have a glass of wine while i fold laundry and watch tivo.  have a great evening!
