Happy Easter
Happy Easter everyone!!
We decided to wait or my sister and her man before we ate Easter dinner so to entertain the children we played some games. First off I made a obstacle course using painters tape on the floor and had the children race each other by blowing a egg with a straw across to the finish line. This was fun to watch and the kids enjoyed it. The next game was egg toss tic tac toe which was tough as the kids had terrible aim. Finally we played pin the tail on the bunny which was very fun! We blind folded the kids and spun them around then performed a blind test to make sure they couldn't see anything before they played. We were so busy playing that I completely forgot about another game I had made, but we can play that one next year... if I remember.
We waited and waited and finally started to eat. My sister finally showed up and they brought mac'n cheese. That was super delicious! After we ate the grown ups went out to hide the eggs. This is always fun as we find devious places high up the kids will have trouble getting to. We hid some super easy too for my two year old nephew, Waylen. The kids are funny to watch because sometimes the eggs are in plain site and yet they still have trouble seeing them.
Afterwards it was dessert time! This year I made a pineapple cheesecake for our family dinner. Turns out we had plenty of dessert to choose from! Overall we had a very fine Easter.
