This weekend has not been as relaxing as I would have liked. Yesterday I discovered a termite infestation in my spare bathroom. Then today I bought lots of termite killing things and went into the attic to see if I could spot anything above that bathroom. Not only did I not make it over there, but I added a new hole into my ceiling above the kitchen. My attic is not equiped well for foot travel. There is one narrow beam to the ac unit but that is all. I could not find a way to get to the back of the house from the attic and when I slipped and put a foot through the ceiling below I decided to just forget that ideal. Instead I sprayed all the walls in the bathroom and put some stuff outside along that whole side of the house. Afterwards I read online that its best to not desturb the tunnels so the professional termite ppl can better treat the area... whoops. Oh well, too late now.
