Ok, well... JERRY got the place but I don't know if I did yet. Oh well, we are set either way. We also have to get a roommate because the rent is kind of high and its a 3 bedroom, 2 bath place anyway. We couldn't occupy all that space all by our wittle itty bitty selves. We have 2 possible roommates but one doesn't have any money so... ONE possible roommate.
OK, so I said I would tell what Brandi the bitch did. Well, basically she screwed jerry out of $800. She didn't tell him that she wasn't on the lease because he was supposed to be a witness to the signing. She did turn in the application and put Jerry's name on the application because she did have an intension of being on the lease. Well, Jerry had to pay ALL of the rent for this month. She told him that she would stay till the end of this month but one day last month she said,"I'm leaving in 2 weeks..." And that was the last that she talked to Jerry until the day she was moving out when Jerry confronted her. She didn't clean up anything anywhere before she left so she left her room and the kitchen a mess because Jerry and I never used the kitchen. She also left one of her dishes here which is now mine...BWAHAHAHAHHA... hehe. She also left all her rotting food in the fridge and Jerry cleaned that out a couple of days ago. I cleaned up the kitchen and I'm gonna clean up her bathroom and mine this weekend... Hopefully I will have time this Sunday.
