So according to the Apple Store, my computer is working just fine. Which is good news. Bad news, still not sure why I can't get on the Internet. The only other possibility is that both ethernet cables I have are faulty, so I run to Wal-Mart and grab one on the way home.
And as I'm opening the packaging of the cable?
I CUT into the damn cord.

Why yes, it is that time of the month.
I suppose I'll give a shot at exchanging the damn cable to see if I can have better luck with a FOURTH one, but it's not going to happen tonight. I've simply had enough, and the painkiller for aforementioned monthly torture is wearing off.
At least TSCC was back tonight, and awesome.
