I'm leaning toward Luna at this point, but if the Luna props do get too difficult to find/create, then it'll probably be Hermione.

This is the part where I mention that I have a blonde wig. Very long pale blonde hair (maybe too pale considering Luna is a "dirty" blonde, but surely closer than your natural color :). Hm... I wonder where it ended up when we moved.... If you're interested in borrowing it let me know. I'll attempt to locate it ( ... )

My social life isn't exactly the most happenin' thing right now ;), so I could probably swing that. Our Fearless Leader a_p_ has issued the command that she wants us Okie ASHPers to meet anyway, heh. (Who knows, I could probably see if my sister wants in on that too. She's a redhead, so she could pretty easily do a Lily costume - she's not too fond of Ginny ;), although she's almost a dead ringer for Bonnie Wright.)

The wig probably wouldn't be a great idea for work ;), but I'll let you know - my doing the Luna costume all depends on whether I can get the stuff for the earrings and necklace. Thanks for the tips. :) I'm going to pop into some craft stores this week and see if I can come up with anything. If it seems too ridiculous/difficult/expensive, though, I'll just go the Hermione route.

Missed something - you mean the 'wank' I mentioned? It's the f-locked post before this one. Just more gritching about my WTF stepmother.

I'm leaning towards Luna at this point, but if it's too hard to find the props for a Luna costume, then Hermione's still very much in the running.
