Happy Independence Day to my fellow Americans!  
Interestingly (and rather disappointingly) the first things I think of when I think of the 4th are fireworks, the flag, watermelons, and cherries.  Not something like the Declaration of Independence, or the Revolutionary War, or the sacrifices of all our troops from then to now.  Nope.  Fruit.
