Hawaii Five-O 1x03
Still loving this show, three episodes out.
1.)Loved the opening scene! So adorable!! I especially liked “Uncle Chin.”
2.)Poor Chin! Oh, the angst! I am loving his character more and more with each week. Wonder if they are planning to find out who framed him and proving his innocence once-and-for all?
3.)I so went into the show thinking I would ship Kono/Danno (see what I did there?). I backpedaled off of that quick. There just weren't any real hints ship-wise for anyone and she seemed like she could be a bit young for the guys. (Not that that's stopped me in the past, but it is different for every show.) However, the shipper in me was out full-force last night. There was the touch to her shoulder as he slid into his place in the bleachers and, of course, the kiss. I was squeeing just a little bit, inside.
4.) I love Danno's speech about keeping his daughter. It was too cute that he had written it down. I was a bit annoyed that only the maid heard it, though. I also love that Steve got the governor to “blackmail” step-Stan into leaving custody as is.
5.)The ending scene was also cute. I loved Kono's little giggle.
6.)Lastly, I was not very enamored with the torture scene. I really want Steve to stop torturing guys. I can understand it happening occasionally, in tense situations, but I thought the shark-tank scene was over-the-top.
