Vegan noodles and red wine! Definitely student dinner.
Opera! The Barber of Seville. It was pretty nice, though I guess on the fourth floor the singing is less powerful. Also, you can understand fuck all because it's all singing, all the time, so the finer points of the plot were lost on us. (Stephen Fry once said something about how he's glad that he can't understand German well enough to understand what the Wagner-people sing because that would distract him from the melody, but I don't think anybody understands German well enough to understand any of it. Because it is bloody hard to sing loudly and intelligibly.).
But the stage design was awesome. Like, one of the best ones I've ever seen.
So, in conclusion, next time I'll find somebody to pay for the good seats.
More culture! This is the Belvedere Museum, my favourite museum evah. It has two rooms of Gustav Klimt's paintings, which are my favourite paintings evah.
Look at her! My middle school teachers still tell the tale of how they lost me on a school trip in this museum, and found me utterly fixated by the gorgeous paintings.
This is the most beautiful cathedral ever (that includes Notre Dame and Montmartre)
Seriously, pretty!
