Birthday Wishes!!
Hello darlings!!
I'm on a light mood this morning and I realized I hadn't blogged when my b-day came around. ^__^
My Birthday was on October the 6th, it was a tuesday so I had classes but I actually had fun at the university with my classmates. I even met with Monica whom I hadn't seen in forever and we had lunch together. It was a good day in general.
I decided I would celebrate my b-day on Friday when all my friends were available during the night. We would go out and have some sushi then go PAAARTEEHH!! Yeah.... things didn't go as planned. Everyone except for Yasdel had things that came up like sickness, work and school projects. *sighs* But me and my girl had some fun. We had our lovely sushi at J-Taste in Old San Juan. It's a very good japanese restaurant, very elegant and people are nice. ^__^ If you ever stop by Old San Juan in Puerto Rico and want fancyJapanese food I suggest J-Taste.
Later Yasdel took me to "El 8 de Blanco" most commonly known as just "El 8". It's in University Avenue, only a few blocks away from the centenary University of Puerto Rico and it's iconic clock tower. It's a very popular place among young students and adults alike and I could see why. The place is very clean, very modern, with pool tables, big screen tvs with booming music, a wide variety of alcohol at the bar, the second floor houses a mini restaurant and another bar with tons of TVs all over the walls, the third floor has a terrace with yet another bar. xDD It's a cool place. Yasdel bought me a drink (Passoa with orange juice if you must know) and we chilled, looked at eye candy, had some quesadillas and watched the Yankees win a game.
*clears throat* It was still early, around 11:30pm when we left "El 8" so we decided to go somewhere. . . . *clears throat* We ended up in a Condom World. . . . . . . . Yeah xDD lol It was a very cool place actually. The lady there was super nice and she recommended all sort of things. Very professional. So yeah, we bought some things. Moving on!
Since my friends are all so wonderful they gave some equally wonderful gifts ^______________^ Most of them came around before my b-day because of the circumstances and they made the few days prior to my b-day be all that more exciting. Here's pictures of them:
Yasdel bought me this beautiful dress from Forever 21. Teehee, very fitting since it was my 21st birthday. Now I won't age a single day. FOREVER 21~~~ lol It's the dress I used the night I went out with her. My other best friend Karla, gave me her pretty much brand new copy of AADBSK3! This shows how much my friends love me. Yasdel wanted me to look beautiful for my b-day celebration and Karla gave up her hottie DVD for my entertainment.
Another friend, Natalia, bought me MAC cosmetics O__o I was like O___O NO WAY! Those are expensive. But she wouldn't have it and took me to the MAC store in Plaza las Americas. She bought me a 4 shadow palette and a shark skin shade stick. I forgot to take pictures of them but here's the make-up I did for the day of my b-day with the make up she gave me. ^__^
Last but not least. The gifts I got the very Oct 6th
My parents and my sis got me a pink Nintendo DSi!! With two games. My old time favorite Kirby!!!! And my new best language friend My Japanese Coach. Then at the university it was that time of the year I love so much, the artisan fair. A lady was engraving names onto cute metal charms and I got myself a very fangirly gift from me to me.
My name on one side, Junsu's name on the other xD
Needless to say the lady looked at me weird and asked where that name came from. You should've seen her face when I asked her to write Yoochun on another one for Karla and YunJae for my sis xDDDD
ON ANOTHER LAST NOTE!! lol It was Satoshi's (Girugamesh) b-day on the 13th. He's my japanese LOVE so happy b-day to my j-darling Satoshi. *sends smooches* Hope I can see you again in person Sato-kun!!
