I realize that I kinda play little games with myself to keep uplifted thru my day. I tend to fill my immediate conscious brain with happy thoughts - its a way I stay buoyant. Wow I had a lovely birfday weekend down in L.A. My cousin Leah and her husband Dean are the most incredibly gentle and kind people, I had a wonderful time staying with them.
