I completed my first session of the Couch to 5K in 9 weeks this morning. Next session is supposed to be Wednesday. It wasn't easy but it wasn't so difficult that I wanted to throw in the towel either. I did break a bit of a sweat, though not sure if that was because of the layers I had on this morning. I had put on a pair of vented cropped yoga pants and a t-shirt, but felt it was a tad chilly for those thin pants so I layered on another pair of sweats and a wind breaker. I took the wind breaker off about half way through the session. I felt great afterwards, like I usually do when I exercise in the mornings. I also found that I really enjoyed it. I just hope I continue to enjoy it.
The rest of the day was pretty much crap. I have meetings all week and we all know how much I just LOVE meetings! Seriously you don't want to know....
Well gotta run and get to bed for tomorrows meetings....YEEEEEE!
