Salutations all!

It's been so long since I posted anything, I'm surprised my account is even still here. But it is, and so here I am. Not much has changed since the last time I was on -- work still goes, baby Rachel is nearly 18 months old, and rules our life like a benevolent (but demanding) monarch.

Although Peire claims that one should not make bread unless it is well and truly Autumn, I defy that seasonal attitude. Any day is a good day to make bread when you have a neato keen breadmaker like I do, and so I have the gadget churning with the makings of a fine brioche.
