A good part of my bias is that, simply put, I love Rikkai and Yukimura more than I will ever love Seigaku and Echizen.

On the other hand, if you consider that neither of them have lost an official match before, think of it this way: Yukimura may never have lost a match, but he lost a hell of a lot else. He lost the ability to walk, to play tennis - sure, he's recovered, but he's been through a hell of a lot more than Echizen has.

That's why, in the end, I still think Yukimura deserves to win this match. Now, if it had been Tezuka versus Yukimura... I might have been harder-pressed to decide (but I think my final choice would have been the same).

Oh, I'd like to see a Tezuka vs Yukimura...D: Because they both wanted to play against each other...;_;

Yes, it's sad that Yukimura went through such a terrible thing, but then nobody should win against Yukimura because of his past.
What matters is that he can play now but he doesn't really fight, does he? He's toying with Ryoma - and that is the thing that makes me think that no matter what his past was he doesn't deserve to win, if he isn't giving his best NOW where he has the chance!

But yeah - I can understand the pure "I like Rikkai more"...

Up until this point, Yukimura's had no reason to fight. He's been taking point after point from Echizen easily. I'm sure now that Echizen's whipped out Teni Muhou, he'll fight more wholeheartedly, but can you really blame him for keeping some of his talents in reserve? Some might say it's a good tactical move.

Yeah, to be fair, that was just Yukimura being a jackass. XD; But here's where we'll never reach a consensus, because I love it when Yukimura's a jackass. ♥ (That's just part of the 'I love Rikkai' mentality, considering they're, uh. A whole team of jackasses.)

I'm wondering how you got onto my f'list in the first place; you must have been well-disguised. ^_~ Yukimura and Sanada are two of my top favourite characters! But I like you, so you can stay, haha~ ♥

And yeah, as a team, I really don't want to see Rikkai lose. :/ Especially after the regionals....

Now I'm just being lazy; I'm in the middle of making a post for Jirou and don't feel like switching accounts. XD; Sorry!

You're totally right, though; Jirou would die to see Yukimura play. XD;

XDD~ Well, I never said that I wasn't a Ryoma-fangirl, but I had my difficulties in chosing a side...^^ Because I really don't want to see Rikkai lose, and I think Seigaku as a team doesn't deserve the win. But then I love Ryoma too much to see his team lose... XD But I'm not that interested in the teams - I just want to see crack a good match and a good end..D:

XD It's just too sad that we don't see the reaction of the other TENNIS PLAYER! I'm sick of seeing a crying Horio, or surprised unknown Rikkai&Seigaku students...-_-
