Kibummie is <3, Haters Hate Somewhere Else
What is this? Is it a rant? Is it a pic spam? Has Lady_Hanaka finally snapped?
The answer to that question is yes. To all of those questions.
1. The Rant
I don't know about the rest of you, but I miss my Kibummie terribly. After Heechul he is my favorite Super Junior member and every time I take the "which SJ member are you?" quizzes I always get Kibum. We're just that tight.
So naturally, I have been sad about the lack of Kibum lately. But that hasn't bothered me because I know that Kibum loves Super Junior, will always be a member of Super Junior, and has always SEEN himself as a member of Super Junior.
Some people, it seems, don't understand this. He's not your favorite, fine, you haven't seen him in much because he's been busy lately, fine, but he's still Kim Fucking Kibum of Super Junior and he will own your fangirl ass if you try and say otherwise.
I've been reading around and a lot of people are getting on his case saying things like "the OTHER members of Super Junior act or have other obligations but THEY still manage to be part of the group and do group activities." Yes, I suppose that's true, they DO do that, don't they? But here's something maybe those people don't know.
Kibum is a PROFESSIONAL ACTOR. Acting is his life, what he wants more than anything. Kibum was an actor even before he BECAME a member of Super Junior. Kibum doesn't just do dramas, Kibum does plays and FULL LENGTH MOVIES IN WHICH HE IS THE LEADING ACTOR. Kibum immerses himself more into his roles because to Kibum, acting is the most important. That doesn't make him a bad person, and it doesn't mean that he's lazy or can't compromise like the other members.
That's absurd.
For one, he's probably the only mentally and physically sound one out of the bunch at the moment BECAUSE he isn't doing five million things at once. Seriously, those boys need to SLOW DOWN and SLEEP.
Also, the rest of Super Junior does not have a problem with Kibummie pursuing hisacting career so why should the fans gets their panties tied up in a knot over it? Members of Super Junior came to his newest movie premier (I cannot WAIT for it, btw) and they've always said he was a member. HE has always said he was a member.
I want him to work on the next album with everyone. I will be the FIRST to scream like an obsessed, fangirlish banshee when he does so. But I am not going to flip out or get mad or cry if he decides he wants to do some more acting first. He is a freaking gifted acting GENIUS and I love him for it.
I'm proud of him for going out there to puruse his own dreams. At least ONE of them needs to step back and say "hey, I'm going to do what I want for a while without the fear of an army of homicidal fangirls coming to poison my food, ok?".
Ok, ranting done. Kibummie I love you and yes I know that oppa doesn't know my name or care about me at all because he isn't conscious of my existence, but I'll pretend for the duration of this rant that it is all VERY significant to him and he will show up at my doorstep sometime tomorrow prepared to make me waffles in bed and then cuddle.
I can dream, and dream I shall.

facial muscles are either paralyzed or you kick puppies for fun.
He is holding a teddy bear. He is smiling. There is much joy and rejoicing.

And oh the magnae plotting...seriously, the two of them together is the most terrifyingly glorious thing in the world.
They will destroy us all...the only thing more terrifying is if Heechul were to join them!
