Housing

If anyone out there knows of available housing in the Boston metro area, with these criteria, can you let me know?

Criteria:
First floor or elevator building
We have two cats
2+ bedroom, looking for a crafting area
Decent neighborhood
Parking (at least one off street)
We'd love a dishwasher and laundry
Prefer hardwood to carpet, due to allergies
