Coupled with the fact that I was having one of those days where everyone I looked annoyed the hell outta me and just deserved to die. Weird? Yes, I rather think so! My question to all of you though is this...can someone tell me why people in general turn into complete monsters when they go shopping? They treat those who are serving them like shite, like we are nothing more than the dirt on their shoe. Come on PEOPLE! Where did simple manners go? Like a "Hello" or "Good Morning/Afternoon" when we greet you instead of a blank stare, or a thankyou or even a smile? Not getting stroppy when something won't go your way and we're doing the best we can to rectify the situation! And for the love of God please DO NOT have a go at me when I tell you that I only work for Royal Doulton and have no idea about manchester or cutlery BECAUSE I AM NOT PAID TO, AND I QUITE FRANKLY DON'T GIVE A DAMN!! So go and find a David Jones employee and bitch to them about it. I have a BUDGET to work to and I'm not going to get there if I'm dealing with DJs customers and not selling to those who are in my dept! I'm not your therapist, go and take your shitty week out on someone else! Man oh man!
