Bah, trains...
So train tickets to Banbury from York are almost £20 cheaper on the Thursday of next Maelstrom than on the Friday. However a Thursday ticket would not get me into Banbury until ~half nine on Thursday evening, thanks to work, and that's several hours after the minibus run. Is anyone likely to be driving past Banbury at about that time who would not object to a Katherine and several large bags (I have to carry Southsea stuff, plus maelstrom & odyssey kit), please? Can provide beer and entertaining conversation... I need to sort this out in the next day or so, before train tickets get even more expensive!
