Early Thursday morning
In the middle of her normal barking-and-jumping-around-while-the-silly-human-takes-her-time-getting-getting-ready-to-leash-me routine, my mother's dog suddenly let out a whine and started limping. I'm pretty concerned here and have called my mother to come over here now. I also called work to tell them I'll be late.
Roo did go outside with me (slowly) and she ate her breakfast, and now she's resting in her favorite spot under what used to be my grandmother's desk. I hope she's OK. She's due for a vet appointment anyway, so I'm hoping my mother takes her there this morning. I will try to calm down to focus so I can drive to work and get through the day.
