I need one. That and a back massage. I slept for a mere 1 1/2 hours and woke up at 6:30 AM to get ready to head out with onigiri_otaku to pick up another friend for MegaCon. It was windy but perfectly sunny outside when we arrived. Stuff I bought while there:

I hate California so much that I can't help but love it! I wish I was there! I'm back from Miami for my older sis's birthday. We went to SuperCon on Saturday with ryoko4 and funny_sarc1 to see Bruce Campbell, who was the guest of honor that day. Sis got his autograph, which made her day. During the Q & A event with Bruce, oh my lord, he was just horribly funny! Sarc and Ryoko4 agreed that it would be funny if Bruce appeared in "House." I plan on going to JACON this weekend, but two people pretty much flaked out, bringing the number down to 4 people, thus making the split of the hotel cost higher per person. Shit. Losing two people in one day. I really hope that we don't lose another person and making the split even higher. :(

I went there with ryoko4, El, Tabby, and a friend of hers (who cosplayed as Kaito from Vocaloid) to Megacon. I got to cosplay for the first time, but as Rukia from Bleach merely by borrowing Tabby's costume, sword and sandals. I really wanted to dress up as Yunihiko from Damekko Doubutsu, but I just didn't have the time or money to have it made. ;__ ( Read more... )
