House of Bones
Given that one of the main themes of tonight's episode of Bones was that you need to share if you expect people to share with you, I thought I'd break radio silence and actually post something.
So, thoughts on tonight's episodes.
Bones was... okay. Not a bad hour of tv, but it didn't leave me with that "I must watch this show" feeling, probably because of the petty annoyances. I get that all of Temperance's "I don't know what that means" comments are meant to build up her character as someone who's totally focused on her job and doesn't follow pop culture. That's all well and good. However, she's a science geek, and she hangs out with science geeks -- and she doesn't know who Mulder and Scully are? I'm a fairly gullible viewer, and will forgive plot holes that you can drive a truck through, but that I find totaly unbelievable.
I'll probably watch again, simply because it's on before House. But it doesn't make the cut as appoinment tv. And David Boreanaz needs a shave.
House is back! Yay! I wonder how much time has passed since last season's finale. On the one hand, House and Stacy are obviously still trying to sort out their working relationship, so not too much time can have gone by. On the other hand, Cameron had time to get some truly awful highlights. Oh, and Cuddy needs a personal shopper, because her outfits were just horrible. But I don't care, because House is back.
