That this is a good week. Last week was rough with the decision to extend my thesis, feeling like a complete and utter failure, and then having to see my family (not that I don't love them, but when I'm feeling down about myself they're not who I want to see).

This week though...

Yeah, I'm not into Daniel and Sofia either. I actually AM a huge Salma Hayek fan but I'm really not into her character in this. There's something about her that doesn't ring as true to for me as the other characters--like she doesn't have the depth, maybe isn't flawed enough. And I just don't see the chemistry between her and Daniel so I'm not that into them as a couple.

I'd also love to see Daniel and Betty down the road. Roommate and I talked about that after like the second episode. I'm still crossing my fingers but I think it can't be any time soon. Second or third season at best.
